Seventh Floor Office Buildout for Logical Position

Construction is complete on the 42,696 square foot build-to-suit office buildout for Logical Position at The Reserve at Deer Park located in Deer Park, Illinois. The digital marketing agency will occupy the entire seventh floor within the building’s 382,000 square foot facility. The project included interior demolition with newly configured lobby/reception, private offices, multiple conference rooms, training room, game room and break room.

“We were excited to work with Logical Position in completing their full-floor buildout to support their company’s expansion and facilitate employment opportunities for local residents,” said Dan Hession, executive vice president and partner of Morgan / Harbour. The firm was looking to expand and relocate its Illinois branch to accommodate their significant employee growth projections.

The Reserve at Deer Park is located north of Chicago on Lake Cook Road, less than 30 miles from O’Hare International Airport with convenient access to Highway 53 and I-290. The office complex features large floorplates and abundant parking. Situated on a 58-acre natural setting with walking paths and ponds, the property also offers tenants a café, fitness center and a conference/training center.

NAI Hiffman acted as the owner’s representative for the project, with Logical Position represented by Newmark Knight Frank managing director Matthew Frazee, senior managing director Paul Buckingham and managing director Brian Reaney. Interwork Architects based in Northbrook, Illinois provided architectural design services. Design-build engineering services provided by Kent Consulting Engineers of Chicago.
