Morgan / Harbour Construction is pleased to announce Jerry Weber has joined the firm as Project Executive in their Willowbrook, Illinois headquarters office. Weber has an extensive 30-year career overseeing and managing commercial, industrial, multi-story residential and governmental construction projects. He is a team leader with an authentic and collaborative style and is expert at prioritizing and strategizing to effectively complete complex tasks under tight deadlines.
“Jerry’s motivational management style will be a great contributor in growing the collaborative culture we strive for at MHC,” said Ben Warriner, Executive Vice President and Partner of Morgan / Harbour. “He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience especially in ground-up and industrial facilities to our expanding client base and project teams, and we’re excited to have him on board.”
Weber is a graduate of Bradley University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and worked at Morgan / Harbour prior as a project manager in the early 2000s. He was previously a vice president for Madison Construction in Orland Park, Illinois. “Morgan / Harbour has grown significantly since I worked on the construction team years ago,” said Weber. “I’m excited to return to the company in a leadership capacity as it is highly regarded for its quality construction, effective and transparent project oversight, and for encouraging a collaborative team environment.”
