Ground-up 150,000 SF speculative industrial facility located on Milwaukee’s northwest side on a 12.5-acre parcel at 12111 & 12255 W. Carmen Avenue. The building features 15 exterior docks with 16 knock-out panels for future docks, and 22 trailer stalls with dolly pads. Scannell Properties selected Morgan/Harbour to execute the project. The West Carmen Avenue facility will offer tenants convenient access to Interstates 41/45, General Mitchell International Airport, and Milwaukee’s full transit offerings. The Boerke Company, based in Milwaukee, will market the multi-tenant development for lease on behalf of Scannell. Completion of the new speculative warehouse is scheduled for Fall 2019.
