Full-tenant build-out of the 1,316,616 sf speculative warehouse and distribution facility developed by Hilco Redevelopment Partners. Situated on a 70-acre site, the precast and steel structure includes 112 loading docks. Located at the former Crawford Station power plant in Chicago's West Side Little Village neighborhood, the shuttered power plant at 3501 S. Pulaski Road was demolished and followed by extensive environmental remediation on the site. Site improvements include pedestrian and bike-friendly improvements along Pulaski, extensive landscaping, infrastructure for electric vehicles, and traffic signal improvements.

The Target Corporation distribution center is a highly automated world-class fulfillment center with immediate access to Chicago's I-55 transportation hub, offering a strategic location for their logistical supply chain. Target anticipates hiring 2,000 employees at the new warehouse that will serve as a hub for shipping merchandise to the company’s retail stores.
