Warehouse tenant improvements for Saddle Creek Logistics at the newly completed 3351 Brandon Road speculative development by CenterPoint Properties.  Saddle Creek will occupy 712,380 sf of the overall 990,140 sf facility that MHC also built in the CIC-Joliet intermodal. Work includes warehouse, office, and food grade improvements.  This is the second location MHC has built for Saddle Creek in the CenterPoint Intermodal Center, previously their existing 1.1 million sf distribution center with 34,900 sf cooler addition.  We’re pleased to continue our relationship with the 3PL provider at this new facility on Brandon Road as they expand operations for integrated supply chain solutions.
