Additional spaces include 9,600 SF Cooler Storage to maintain 34F to 40F (future freezer space), 24,600 SF Freezer Storage to maintain -10F to 0F, 12,200 SF Cold Dock Space (12 dock doors) at 34F to 40F, 8,400 SF of HVAC conditioned office space including employee breakroom, bathrooms for 75 employees, 12-person meeting room space, receiving/trans office and separate small driver lounge.
