Mercer Station 1.2M sf Distribution Center

The Hamilton Township, NJ project consists of power plant demolition, environmental remediation, and 1.2 million sf of distribution center buildings within the 132 acre industrial redevelopment complex for Hilco Redevelopment Partners. Locatd in Mercer Industrial Park outside of Trenton, both 846,078 sf cross-dock and 384,895 sf partial cross-dock buildings will feature 40-foot clear heights. The complex has close proximity to the Port of New York and New Jersey. The facilities are designed to accommodate e-commerce, warehouse and distribution, third party logistics, light manufacturing, and other uses that will benefit from supply chain and logistics advantages of the locations. Completion is scheduled for 2021.
