NAIOP Chicago Names MHC Finalist for 2021 Contractor of the Year

The 34th Annual NAIOP Awards for Excellence finalists have been announced, and Morgan Harbour Construction is honored to be named a finalist for 2021 Contractor of the Year.

Each year the Chicago Chapter of NAIOP holds their Annual Awards for Excellence, selecting exemplary industrial and office developments, as well as brokers, developers and AEC firms in Chicagoland. This is a distinguished award voted on by industry peers.

Finalists in all categories for the 34th Annual Awards have been announced by NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties). Morgan Harbour Construction and two of our industrial projects are among these finalists.

  • MHC - Contractor of the Year
  • Exchange 55 - Industrial Build-to-Suit of the Year (Hilco Redevelopment Partners)
  • Lockport 3 - Industrial Speculative Development of the Year (Prologis)

We also extend our congratulations to Hilco Redevelopment Partners for the 1.3 million SF Exchange 55 Distribution Center in Chicago and Prologis for the 452,129 SF Lockport 3 speculative industrial development named as finalists for Industrial Development Projects of the Year.  MHC was pleased to be a design-build project team partner on both of these exemplary industrial developments.

NAIOP Chicago is our local chapter of this Commercial Real Estate Development Association, the nation’s leading trade association for developers, owners, investors, asset managers and other professionals in industrial, office and mixed-use commercial real estate. Their 600+ members promote responsible, sustainable development that creates jobs and benefits the communities in which members work and live.

Congratulations to all category finalists and watch for the winners to be announced in November.
