Morgan Harbour Construction was selected as the design-build contractor for the new speculative +/-1,000,000 SF distribution facility at 3301 Brandon Road. Being constructed for developer CenterPoint Properties, the warehouse is situated on a 58.78 acre parcel, and the core and shell building is a pre-cast structure with office to suit and is designed for warehouse, distribution, and logistics use. Building features include 40' Clear Height, 4 Drive-in Doors, 225 Car Parking Spaces (expandable), 361 Trailer Parking Spaces (expandable) and Office To Suit. The facility is located in the CenterPoint Intermodal Center (CIC) – Joliet/Elwood, the largest master-planned inland port in North America. Just 40 miles southwest of Chicago, CIC – Joliet/Elwood is strategically positioned at the epicenter of the region’s transportation infrastructure.
