The new Chicago-Area Headquarters for M/I Homes was recently named one of "DuPage's Smartest, Sleekest and Healthiest Workplaces 2022" by 'Choose DuPage'. Our team completed this 26,669 sf office renovation in the CityGate Centre in Naperville, Illinois. EWP Architects provided the modern and vibrant design for the new space that brings together all of M/I’s core services from homebuilding operations and design to mortgage and title. By bringing these services under one roof, the company can enhance collaboration among its workers and streamline the customer experience. Calamos Real Estate installed an ionized clean-air system in the building that houses M/I's office. This state-of-the-art filtration system eliminates harmful viruses and bacteria from the air without producing harmnful levels of ozone or other byproducts, allowing employees to breathe easy while staying true to M/I's sustainability commitment.
