Our Wisconsin team wraps up in Deback Farms Business Park for the new 323,000 sf build-to-suit warehouse/distribution development by Scannell Properties. MHC was part of the design-build team for this multi-national manufacturer and marketer of branded consumer foods. The Caledonia, WI location will be used for their light fabricating and assembly operations. Located outside of Milwaukee along the I-94 corridor, the facility is within the 178 acre business park that also offers close proximity to Chicago. Parters in Design provided architectural services.
